The promises of opportunity that cities like Toronto offer come to a screeching halt when the struggles to meet rising house costs are realized. News headlines in recent years show more and more immigrants opting to leave Canada for other countries as they become disillusioned with the grim prospects of housing.

Closing Day is all about the embodiment of these fears and features vampiric realtors who (literally) prey on the unsuspecting home buyer.
